Your luxury safari tour begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Arusha or the airport at 8:00 AM. The drive to Tarangire National Park takes approximately 2 hours (120 km). Upon arrival, you will enjoy a 5-6 hour game drive.

Tarangire National Park Highlights:

  • Elephants: Tarangire is renowned for its large elephant herds. Watching these majestic creatures roam freely is an unforgettable experience.
  • Baobab Trees: The park’s landscape is dotted with ancient baobab trees, which create a dramatic and picturesque backdrop.
  • Birdlife: Home to over 550 bird species, including the vivid yellow-collared lovebird and the striking Kori bustard.
  • Wildlife Diversity: Besides elephants, you can spot lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and various antelope species. The park also has a high concentration of predators like cheetahs and leopards.

Lunch will be served inside the park. After the game drive, you will head to Ngorongoro Melia Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast at Lake Manyara Kilimamoja Lodge, we will drive approximately 1.5 hours (60 km) to the Ngorongoro Crater. Enjoy a 5-6 hour game drive in the crater.

Lunch will be served inside the park. You will depart with cherished memories of the stunning scenery and rich wildlife of the Ngorongoro Crater. After a full day of game viewing, you will head back to your hotel in Arusha or be dropped off at the airport for your flight.
