Hike from Machame Gate to Machame Camp

Overview: Upon arrival at Machame Gate, you will start your hike through the vibrant rainforest. This section of the trek offers an opportunity to experience the rich biodiversity of Kilimanjaro’s lower slopes.

• Hiking: Trek from Machame Gate to Machame Camp.

• Duration: Approximately 4-5 hours
• Altitude Gain: From 1,800 m to 3,000 m
